The role of receptionist will require you to provide front of house service to ensure the smooth running of the reception area and provide a high level of customer service to clients, contractors and staff.
Ensure incoming telephone calls are managed efficiently and that customers and stakeholders are directed to the appropriate staff member.
Providing administrative support to the business, diary management, minute taking in meetings and quality assurance
