Academic Mentor - Role Benefits:

Academic Mentor - Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to students across various subjects. Help students improve their study skills, time management, and revision techniques. Support students in building confidence and academic independence. Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and adapt support as needed. Assist with the delivery of catch-up programmes for students who may have fallen behind.
Academic Mentor - Essential Requirements:
Academic Mentor candidates must hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university. Enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting the development of students. Strong subject knowledge in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science is beneficial. A proactive approach and strong teamwork skills to provide individualised support.
