Temporary Concierge

Ongoing Temporary Role:
Days: Sunday Night Shift
12 hour shift - 1 hour lunch break
82 per hour
Act as main point of contact on site to all customers providing information about the Development and the surrounding areas, key contacts, and location advice.
To conduct site, walk rounds on a daily basis, all faults/maintenance and repairs reported to the development manager and to the relevant contractor. Investigate faults and issues that arise within the development, this can be from leaks to fire alarms or bike theft. Investigate first level complaints within the development.
Monitor the CCTV cameras / security access to review and track security concerns
Additional / Supporting Information:
Customer service - a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.
Communication - a natural communicator, with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively
IT - able to operate Microsoft Office applications, and confident in learning new systems
