Established in 2013 we are a privately owned company which currently runs four services and is in the process of establishing a fifth. We are committed to high quality, care, and support and to developing an engaged and professional staff team. We achieve this by proactively developing the skills and experience of our staff through regular supervision, ongoing support, training, and a competency-based appraisal process. We are currently seeking to recruit Leaving Care Support Workers at our home in Swansea. The home provides medium to long-term placements for young people aged between 16 and 18 and the objective is to support and prepare them in their successful transition from care.
