Reporting to the COO, the Contracts Manager will provide the commercial, contractual and strategic expertise to support Rovco's contracts (post award phase), supply chain and logistics activities. They will develop and maintain an agile, effective framework for delivery of the department's objectives supported by correct processes and procedures.
They will provide the leadership to develop and support the supply chain and logistics team.
Management of all post contract governance
Setting up and manage the supply chain function including line management of a buyer and logistics co-ordinator
Establish and maintain a framework for post award commercial and contractual delivery
Support post award delivery in commercial and contractual matters ensuring compliance with the client contract requirements
Assist in maximising commercial opportunities including the preparation, drafting and negotiation of variations and claims
Provide strong leadership to the supply chain management and logistics team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law, Quantity Surveying or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Strong working knowledge of UK commercial laws, regulations, and industry standards
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and management
Experience in building a robust supply chain function to support the planned growth within a subsea services environment
Solid financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data and make strategic decisions
Proficiency in identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
A post graduate degree or diploma in an associated subject
Supply Chain or legal qualification
