The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team. This role involves teaching a mixed-age class of Key Stage 1 and 2 students, planning and delivering engaging lessons, and working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance our curriculum and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
  • Assess and record student progress and provide grades and feedback.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and enforcement of rules.
  • Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent evenings, and whole school training events.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 1 year of teaching experience in a UK school.
  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related subject.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
