Customer Services / Internal Sales Manager
As the Customer Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving client services and internal sales team towards excellence. Office based role, working Monday - Friday 08.The salary on offer is circa £35,000 per annum (depending on experience), holidays are 30 days including Bank Holidays. A statutory pension is on offer. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of client service advisors and internal sales staff, fostering a 'one team' mentality while providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships, addressing their needs, placing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Handle escalated client issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, building relationships and addressing any cross-functional challenges.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise team performance and sales outcomes.
Proven hands-on experience in a client service or internal sales management role, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
