Our client operates within the Construction sector, where their dedicated People Function supports comprehensive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing strategies. This role is key to supporting the Total Reward function, providing data-driven insights to advance the company’s Reward Strategy. Responsibilities include managing cyclical reward activities, maintaining job architecture, and advising on the Total Reward package.
Analysing data to provide insights for the Total Reward, HR, and broader business teams
Supporting pay review processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Conducting salary survey submissions and benchmarking using industry surveys
Maintaining core employee data for benefits and bonus schemes
Supporting Reward projects focused on people agenda improvements
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in HR or Reward roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
