Corporate Governance Senior Associate
WFH: Hybrid working model
Reporting to: Head of Legal
Fantastic new opportunity to join a successful legal function for a leading Asset Manager. You will act on behalf of the Group and its EMEA subsidiaries where your responsibilities will include corporate governance, legal and compliance-related matters. Ensure the appropriate supporting business units provide papers on time and in an appropriate format for presentation at a meeting.
Serve as the official record keeper of corporate records including board minutes, circular resolutions, bylaws and charters, and ensure official records are properly secured and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate the production of corporate records that may be requested in connection with litigation, regulatory inquiries, or financial audits.
Support ad hoc discreet projects as needed.

At least 5+ years of work experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
Knowledge of laws and regulations and corporate governance practices.
Knowledge of corporate governance requirements in the UK and Luxembourg is beneficial for this opportunity.
