Delay Analyst / Planning Engineer Location : Manchester (Hybrid)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Engineer with an interest in a career in delay analysis to join a dynamic consultancy based in Manchester.

The Planning Engineer will join an established team with an impressive portfolio of work. They will be responsible for providing planning and delay analysis support to clients on a diverse range of commissions within the UK construction industry.

The Planning Engineer will be provided with industry leading training in forensic analysis techniques. Assist the planning team in developing project schedules, incorporating all necessary activities, resources, and constraints.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for accurate project planning.
Support in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning software tools.
Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking actual versus planned performance, and reporting on schedule variances.
Contribute to the identification and analysis of project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Conduct site visits to gather relevant project information and gain practical construction industry experience.


Hold a construction related qualification – Degree / HND / HNC
Basic understanding of construction planning principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with planning software tools is advantageous.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project stakeholders and team members.
