*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in matters such as estate planning, wills, trusts, and succession. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team, providing expert legal guidance to clients while developing your professional expertise. *Responsibilities** Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents * Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies * Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters with efficiency and professionalism * Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes * Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances * Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ongoing business * Keeping abreast of relevant legal developments affecting private client work *Requirements** Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive * Proven experience in private client law, including wills, trusts, and estate planning * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment * A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning * Commitment to providing high-quality client service with integrity and discretion Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking * Private medical insurance Work Location: In person
