Applause IT are working with a highly innovative founder led global Cyber technology company to find an exceptional Lead Salesforce Product Manager / Functional Consultant to spearhead the optimisation and automation of our system, driving business value across their growth teams technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage processes to protect customer and business data.
  • Customise user experience with appropriate layouts, features, and access levels.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Advocate for and incorporate AI and automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Champion self-serve reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build value-driving solutions.
  • Lead efforts to introduce and encourage adoption of new Salesforce features.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud and / or Account Engagement
  • Multiple relevant Salesforce Certifications
  • Strong track record of driving Salesforce adoption across departments – 5 years +
  • Ability to understand complex problems and work closely with end-users to solve them.
  • Skilled at explaining technical concepts simply.
  • Confident in Growth-related tech landscapes (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing)
  • Passionate about building efficient systems and processes.
  • Excited to work hands-on with AI and automation.
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, BA, or in a related SF business role.
