The Role:

Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Private Client Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their flourishing Dudley office.

This firm is established in all departments; however, the Private Client department is unquestionably exciting at this moment. The practice is growing and uses the most modern case management software/systems as the firm is always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to matters.

The Private Client department deals with an excellent quality of work , including but not limited to Wills, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estates and more. Client base includes HNW, landed estates, local/ regional/ national business owners, meaning you will be dealing with estates from £1mil to £10mil on a regular basis.

This is a busy and growing department that provides a fantastic opportunity to progress further in your career.

The Candidate:

  • You will be a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ relevant years PQE
  • You will be an assured and personable individual
  • You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position.
