Main Purpose of the Role: As a key member of our Compliance Team, you'll play a vital role in assisting with various compliance matters, including managing compliance systems, providing advisory services to both Public Markets and Private Markets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with the firm's business units to provide support on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Public Markets Compliance Advisory and other team members to deliver compliance advice.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments relevant to the organisation's business.
  • Provide ad hoc advice to the Public and Private Markets Groups.
  • Provide assistance for ongoing surveillance within Public Markets in line with key regulator processes such as MAR
Technical Competencies, Skills, and Experience:
  • Thorough knowledge of the UK regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrable experience in Public Markets Compliance.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, FundApps, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; industry qualification preferred (e.g., CISI).
  • Excellent understanding of FCA rules and industry best practices.
