Main activities (under the supervision of EMEA Project FP&A Manager)- Projects financial reviews
- Help to track, monitor project financials and to improve revenue recognition, margins, cashflow.
- Participate in monthly project reviews with Project execution team.
- Assist in completing the migration to a new ERP (Oracle)
- Ad hoc financial analysis
- Month end close tasks
- Participate in Projects Month end close tasks for EMEA legal entities
- Produce monthly reconciliations and ensure AVEVA rules/IFRS15 compliancy
- Finance Planning and Analysis / Reporting and dashboards
- Improve and prepare monthly Projects dashboards to provide insightful financial and commercial analysis to leadership and management teams
- Active participation in Projects Monthly forecasts: provide reports and consolidate EMEA Services forecast
- Ad hoc support on EMEA revenue forecast, ARR and other dashboards.
