Epiq Counsel takes the time and attention to understand each lawyer’s practice areas, experience, and preferences to ensure they are presented with compelling engagement opportunities with leading law departments across the globe.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with significant exposure to corporate governance and entity management.
Strong understanding of UK corporate law and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with international corporate governance standards is a plus.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with entity management software and databases.
Willingness to support a hybrid role requiring two to three days onsite in Greater London-based office.
Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
Corporate Governance
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and other governance documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Maintain a database of all group entities, including domestic and international subsidiaries.
Ensure timely filings of statutory documents with Companies House and other relevant regulatory bodies.
General Legal Support:
Conduct legal research and provide summaries on various legal issues related to corporate governance and entity management.
Draft and review basic legal documents and correspondence.
Hybrid work
