2020 Recruitment are working with a Glenrothes area manufacturing client who are looking to add a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to their team on a contract basis. This will be an estimated 6 months of work but may be extended. Only those with valid counterbalance licences in their name will be considered. Working Hours Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 5:30pm. Occasional weekend overtime may be available if project requires. Duties & Responsibilities As the Forklift Driver your duties will include:

  • Driving/operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and Unloading materials
  • Quality Checking products
  • Carrying out daily safety checks
Requirements To be considered for the Forklift Driver role you must have the following:
  • Valid and in date Counterbalance Licence
  • Previous experience
  • Health & Safety Awareness
  • Experience operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment
  • Ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols
Package As the forklift Driver you will be offered the following:
  • Hourly rate based on experience starting at £12.50ph
  • PAYE contract (no payroll costs etc)
  • Minimum 6 months contract
  • Holiday pay accrued
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Immediate start
