5 hours per week, 3 days per week, 08.Within OFG, Educational Psychologists work with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and the implementation of Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice. Our models of service delivery include consultation and reflective practice to school and there are opportunities to contribute to service wide development groups. Within OFG there is a strong network of Practitioner Psychologists and staff have access to regular clinical supervision outside of line management.
You will join our multi-disciplinary team of dedicated clinical staff providing psychological assessment for pupils within the schools, guidance for education teams and professional development training for all staff. You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists.

You’ll need to be creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
You’ll need to be a good communicator with strong skills in assessment and report writing.
Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
To provide supervision to agreed members of the clinical team
Engage in professional development training for all staff
A doctoral or master’s professional qualification in Educational Psychology
Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
