Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a Senior People Technology Manager to join a leading British multinational travel business, on an 18-Month FTC basis, looking to drive forwards their HR Technology strategy and improve ways of working. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure all People systems are efficient, effective, and fit for purpose. They will also lead the evolution of People Technology by identifying and delivering innovative, automated solutions in collaboration with the People Team, IT and stakeholders from across the business. The Role:

  • Ensure People systems are operating effectively and are fit for purpose.
  • Foster operational efficiency and enhance employees digital experience through the implementation of new, innovative technology solutions.
  • Ensure processes are fit for purpose and controls are in place.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of data processes.
  • Implement robust, scalable technology solutions.
  • Streamline People operations to promote efficiency and a positive colleague experience.
  • Lead on business change requirements; including system enhancements and statutory changes.
Key Skills:
  • Extensive experience working within a HR Technology focused position.
  • Workday experience is essential.
  • Experience having worked within a changing business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are highly adaptable and committed to delivering a supportive, quality service to any business.
