Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Motor Trade Account Handler within our friendly team based in Birmingham/Wakefield/Essex/ Peterborough/ Edinburgh
As an Account Handler, you will provide quotations for new business, existing business, and renewals to assist the branch and be a point of reference for the trainees. The role requires dealing with clients in the branch, over the phone and via e-mail.
Provide top-notch customer service, efficiently handling new business, renewals, and existing policies
Present clear, fair, and accurate product info to help clients make informed decisions.
Spot complaints and escalate them to the appropriate handler.
Address queries via email, phone, and in person, ensuring all SLAs are met.
Act as a referral point for trainees in the branch.
Ensure full compliance, including treating customers fairly and contract certainty.
Help achieve business goals by identifying opportunities and upselling.
In-depth understanding of the UK insurance market, including trends, risks, and regulations.
Skilled at assessing diverse client needs, industry risks, and business goals.
