As an Electrical Supervisor (AppointedPerson), you'll be working within our NaturalResources business unit, supporting our site teams in ElectricalSupervision and Control of Electrical Isolation Works within theMogden treatment works site, which is a project operating withinthe water industry.
Undertake electrical switching operations; as well as theissue and cancelation of electrical Safety Document(s): ‘IsolationCertificate - Electrical' (ICE), ‘Permit to Work' (PTW), ‘Sanctionto Test' (STT), & ‘Limitation of Access' (LOA).
Assessing and appointing electrical Persons and recordingthis in the ‘Electrical Persons Register'.
Ensure the projectsare running on time and keeping the projects within H&Sregulations.
Electrician qualificationto level 3 with SSSTS or SMSTS
Strongknowledge and experience of the main management systems andprocesses usedwithin a similar sized business, including the roleof an appointed person.
Experience of managingthe Electrical delivery of major projects including HV/LV powerworks, cabling and containment and switchgear, able to reviewfunctional design specifications and developing controlphilosophies, single line diagrams, Prodesign calculations, testand commissioning'
