This Southeast based Housing Association is transforming its approach to put technology right at the heart of all its business solutions. As Business Process Analyst, you will conduct detailed business analysis to aid the successful delivery of key projects and in driving continuous improvement across their organisational and change processes.
You will have the opportunity to work across different team’s requirement gathering and completing process analysis. Working with technical and non-technical specialists to translate requirements into effective solutions, so this is a great opportunity to make a real impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.
As a Business Process Analyst, a key focus of your role will be to:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit requirements to enable effective change and improved services.
- Deliver and support the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping/modelling, and technology changes.
- Design and deliver targeted process reviews using agile methodologies to streamline processes
- Work effectively alongside technical BA's to drive the business forward with insights gathered
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, causes of issues, and support future state requirements and project benefits measurements.
- Create great working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and delivery.
They are looking for the following:
- A business focussed approach, someone who will collaborate with technical Business Analysts
- Professional curiosity, question certain areas and methods and why they are right for the business and lead your own investigations.
- Experience using Jira and working in both Agile and Waterfall
- An analytical / problem solving way of working
- Prior experience working in social housing or the real estate realm
This is a great opportunity in a company driving meaningful technology change. They are looking to push the envelope on new technology and can offer genuine progression and diverse career opportunities.
A salary of up to £55,000 is on offer, and great additional benefits. This role will be hybrid working – 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
