Job Description Lettings Manager
GKR International is delighted to have been exclusively retained by our client based in Bloomsbury, in their search to hire a dynamic, driven Lettings Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to head up the Lettings team in their new Bloomsbury office. The client has an existing office in London Bridge with lettings & property management team in place, they also have a sister office in Shanghai so a high proportion of their landlords are from China.

This role can be a step up for someone who is currently a Senior Lettings Negotiator and has the drive and ambition to to grow a department and lead a team.

Oversee all aspects of the residential lettings department, including managing a small team of letting agents and administrative staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Manage the marketing of available properties, including advertising, photography, and listings
Negotiate and close leasing agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both landlords and tenants
Keep up-to-date with market trends and local factors that may impact the local property market
Proven experience as a Residential Lettings Manager (or a high performing Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for a step up), preferably with a strong background in the local market
Excellent knowledge of the London property market and rental trends
Proficiency in property management software and tools
Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations in the residential lettings industry
