Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) - Property Services Experience

Driving licence is essential

We are looking for an RLO to work with one of the UK’s leading property services companies. You must be compassionate and have experience within a background in property services, you will be working on a social housing decarbonisation fund which includes Retrofit - EWI, IWI, windows and roofing based in Staines valued at £6m p/a.

Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.

* Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

* Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
