Complete repair order write ups, service report sheets and production card information. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, to actively seek solutions to problems. Good verbal communication skills. Providing excellent customer service is paramount. Shift Pattern Alternate weeks Week One: 7.30 - 16.00 Week Two: 15.00 - 23.30 Alternate Saturday mornings: 06.00 - 14.00 Requirements Qualifications required City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI (or equivalent) in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
