To meet Ethereum and crypto growth plans, they have an exciting remote opening for a Blockchain experienced Lead Engineer.

Lead Engineer duties :

  • Write high-quality, efficient and well-tested code
  • Guide Senior Software Engineers
  • Own architecture
  • Build and lead a highly effective and lean engineering team
  • Design complex systems that interact across global infrastructure
  • Collaborate internally and externally
  • Troubleshoot and overcome technical challenges
Lead Engineer Requirements:

  • 4+ years software engineering
  • Proven record of team leadership
  • Blockchain ecosystems and smart contracts
  • Crypto wallets, bridging and Layer 2 solutions, Ethereum technologies
  • Competitive programming
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Account abstraction applications
  • Concept to launch projects (blockchain)
  • Communication and problem solving skills

Lead Engineer rewards :
