Role
With ongoing project demand and growth comes the opportunity for the Queenstown studio to hire an experienced Registered Architect looking to take on more responsibility and elevate their career. This role will be based in Queenstown.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead projects in collaboration with the studio Director
  • Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment working in partnership with the national offices across New Zealand
  • Oversee projects across the complete design process, ensuring design excellence, creative thinking, detailed working drawings, documentation, and delivery of projects
  • Drive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintain existing relationships with current consultants and stakeholders
Requirements
  • New Zealand Registered Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project outcomes
  • Experience in design development working closely with a Senior Architect to develop creative and functional architectural designs
  • Ability to produce full sets of working drawings and documentation using Revit in collaboration with a wider team
  • Past experience in site visits and overseeing project delivery to ensure a high level of construction quality and compliance
  • Past master planning experienced desired but not essential
