Quantity Surveyors - Utilities
Leading UK Contractor (Kent)
Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting a number of experienced Quantity Surveyors for one of our clients covering utilities contracts in the Kent region.
Our Client is a multi-disciplined Engineering Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical within the Utilities sector.
The client offers clear career progression and a fantastic working environment.
This position would suit someone from a Civil Engineering background and with previous experience within the utilities sector.
The successful candidate will be one of the lead Quantity Surveyors on this prestigious project
Skills & Experience:
* 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge within Civil Engineering - especially within the utilities sector
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience of working to tight deadlines
* Experience using the NEC form of contract
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Excel
* Strong time management skills
* Hard working and ambitious
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
