We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our team for a new build residential scheme in Birmingham city centre. Senior Site Managers in this contractor are essentially no.1 on-site with regards to construction works, you should be an expert with programming, build sequencing and supply chain control. Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
  • Developing and implementing project schedules and plans
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • A relevant construction qualification is preferred
