Summary:
As a Kyriba Senior Digital Analyst, you will architect & support solutions for projects within Clearsulting’s Treasury portfolio, including Kyriba implementations and optimisations, Treasury department assessments, and Treasury Management System selections. You will configure client databases, lead workshops and trainings, and ensure quality of delivery and all project deliverables, including solution design presentations, testing scripts, and process guides. You will also coach and mentor the Treasury team’s analysts and be mentored by our world-class Treasury team leaders.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Full understanding and experience designing, testing, and using Kyriba
- Strong ability to execute the full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
- Translate business requirements to technical solution designs
- Design solutions based on leading practice system design principles that meet business requirements
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, leading practices, and execution a plus (i.e., requirements gathering, solution design and testing cycles)
- Attention to detail in executing work products with excellent follow-through
- Ability to develop teams and coach more junior team members
- Effective organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
- Adhere to all firm policies and guidance
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a business-related field of study
- Proficient with Kyriba and/or Kyriba implementation experience
- 1+ Kyriba certification
- Detailed experiences designing, testing, and using Kyriba
- Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Strong project management experience including work-plan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
- Effective organisational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day
- Ability to occasionally travel
- Willingness to work UK and USA Projects
