Does this sound like you?
  • You will be degree qualified within a relevant technical discipline and a construction background
  • You have worked within an construction consulting environment either as a project manager, cost manager or within project controls or contract management
  • Experience on large, complex infrastructure or build-related schemes providing value management services, ideally data centres or critical environments
  • You have an appetite for frequent travel or might consider relocating within Europe
  • Fluency in an European language would be highly beneficial (speak multiple languages? even better), as would an EU passport
What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)
  • As a construction consulting firm, we help explain complex issues, manage conflicts, and advise on matters that are outside of the owner’s sphere of knowledge. We assist the client in making informed decisions that keep the project on track
  • Responsible for establishing and managing goals and ensuring compliance by the resources and contractors' account managers for their respective deliverables throughout the life of a project
  • Implement Earned Value Management methodologies and techniques to monitor, control, and analyse project performance against baselines.
  • Ensure the account managers define the tasks required to accomplish the realistic and logical technical scope, their logical sequence and interrelationships in the schedule necessary for optimisation of the completion of the scope.
  • Develop and maintain project performance measurement baselines including the integrated master schedule, budget baseline, and work breakdown structure.
  • Frequent travel is likely as you initiate and explore opportunities on a European scale. Likely initial locations include Austria, Milan, London or Scandinavia - relocation will be supported if this is an option for you
