Paraplanner - Hybrid/flexible Working

Eventus Recruitment Cheshire are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a very successful Financial Planning business based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. You will benefit from a supportive team, hybrid working (3 days remote at home), ad-hoc bonuses and an excellent pension (up to 7.5% employer contribution), 26 days holiday (plus ability to buy/sell holidays), flexible working policy (core hours 10am to 4pm) and much more.
The role is to support the Financial Planners in providing, implementing and reviewing strategies and advice to private and corporate clients. This will include monitoring and reporting to clients in respect of various types of financial products. Supporting Consultants in preparing accurate financial plans and suitability reports.
Supporting the Consultants in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
Have a full understanding of Holistic Financial Planning and be comfortable querying consultants.Have experience of dealing with all aspects of advice, such as Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts etc…
Experience of bonds and higher risk investments such as EIS/VCT/BPR.
Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal
Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
Good report writing skills.
This should include knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning). Attention to quality, detail and accuracy and getting it right first time.
Flexible and able to deal with a multitude of tasks at once, able to prioritise when there are apparent conflicts of time or resource.
