Maintenance Technician - DAYS
Days 6am – 6pm working a shift pattern of 3 on – 3 off
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the throughput and maintenance of the tray washing process machinery on the day shift.
Problem solving, Technical Skills, Continuous Improvement and Preventative Maintenance are key requirements to this role.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
Testing and checking after repair work is completed to avoid repeated returns to the same issue
Record and monitor quality process parameters and the required levels are clearly defined (TF024)
Carry out preventative maintenance correctly and maintain records accordingly
Work with all of the maintenance team, passing over all information of any issues to the other shifts
The ideal Maintenance Technician will be:
Apprentice trained in mechanical / electrical or related subject
Making short term fixes where necessary and then planning in the long term fix.
50/50 mechanically biased with some electrical work
This role will suit someone who has practical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or a production environment who can take ownership of the equipment maintenance on the day shift.
Working in a brand new facility
20 days annual leave
Pension contribution - 5% employee and 3% employer
