We have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager working with an established contractor on an office fit out D&B and handling the joinery package in Central London.

The Project is valued around £4M and is an office fit out where you will be looking after the joinery package and reception fit out. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Director daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
Come from a joinery background
Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
Major experience in Joinery packages
Experience and understanding of the floor plates of a building
Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
SMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you?
