Excell Supply is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across various schools. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers or individuals who believe they have the skills and passion to lead a classroom. As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee a classroom, follow lesson plans, and manage student behaviour in a supportive and engaging environment. No formal teaching qualifications are required for this position.

Skills & Attributes Required:
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to positively impact student learningConfidence in managing student behaviour effectivelyAbility to maintain focus and meet expectations, even when faced with challengesCalm, adaptable, and positive approach to problem-solvingWillingness to cover a range of subjects and age groups
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across a variety of subjectsEnsuring adherence to the school behaviour management policiesEngaging all students and providing additional support where neededFollowing safeguarding procedures and regulationsWorking with Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
