General Labourers - Required Langer, Nottingham - NG13 Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support the operations at our factory in Lander NG13. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient operations, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform general manual labour tasks including, but not limited to, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites, ensuring they are safe and organized. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required. Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Support skilled workers and tradespeople as needed. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Experience as a general labourer or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 25kg Basic understanding of construction, manufacturing, or warehouse procedures. Ability to operate hand tools and basic equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Capability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable).
