Factory Operative Role & Responsibilities include;
  • Threading products into a machine
  • Quality Checking goods
  • Loading and unloading material
  • Changing components

  • Maintaining Health & Safety
  • All other associated tasks as required
Due to the nature of the work, the environment is dusty, dirty, and loud. The applicant should be able to work within a physically demanding setting and be happy to complete repetitive duties. Factory Operative Person Specification;
  • Previous factory / machine experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Happy to complete repetitive duties
  • A good team player
  • Able to follow instructions with good communication skills
