The Job.....
This is a Restaurant General Managers position in a boutique Restaurant within a Hotel, on the outskirts of Cardiff. Maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation. This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager. Have good wine & cocktail experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons. Also be Hotel savvy, as you will be part of the Management team as a whole.

The Person specification...

  • Previous experience in Restaurant management is essential
  • Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence
  • Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness
  • A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star service
  • Have a vast knowledge of Cocktails to be able to lead & train the Bar Staff
  • Hotel background would also be preferable, but not essential
