Work at the Island’s Best Restaurant for 2021 and 2022, in the heart of Cowes town. Smoking Lobster is a first-class seafood restaurant, serving delicious dishes which celebrate local produce, through a Pan-Asian lens.

Featuring in Ainsley Hariott and Grace Dent’s “Best of Britain by the Sea”, Smoking Lobster’s lobster was declared the “Best Lobster I’ve ever had” by food critic Grace.

Smoking Lobster is looking for ambitious waiters and waitresses, who are keen to work with a front of house team alongside the best chefs on the island, and help drive forward their excellent standards.

Your day-to-day:

  • Set up and close down of restaurant
  • Taking orders and delivering food and drinks to tables
  • Maintaining high standards and good food knowledge
  • Meeting and greeting customers and taking bookings
