We are now seeking an experienced mobile based multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join our busy commercial building maintenance team, to undertake planned and reactive maintenance works at our clients premises.About the roleThis is a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the Leeds, Sheffield and York region and will be fully supported by our admin and management teams based at our Elland regional office.Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance works, including fault finding, repair and installation of electrical / mechanical services.Ensure that all technical services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, and in line with all industry / regulatory requirements.Qualification in mechanical maintenance and services (preferred)Hold a City and Guilds electrical qualification (or equivalent) level 2 or above18th Edition IEE Wiring RegulationsHVAC maintenance experience would be an advantageGood technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-taskAbility to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlinesAbility to work under pressure and on your own initiativeAbility to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.Friendly and approachable nature with great communication skills (including written)Great attention to detail with excellent time management skillsFull UK driving licence
Remuneration This is a permanent position, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week between 08.Starting salary of £40,000 p/aRegular overtime opportunities25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidaysFully expensed company vanCompany pension, sick pay and life insuranceTraining & development programme
