We are currently seeking to recruit highly enthusiastic and motivated Prevention Assessors to help us deliver a high-quality service to enable people to live independently for longer.
Part of your daily role will be operating a duty system to triage new requests and completing face-to-face and telephone assessments to help promote service user’s independence. Opportunities to develop your Personal Development Portfolio are available, and the attendance of training courses & skills sharing with colleagues is encouraged.
Applicants will need the ability to travel around the borough. Carrying out outcome-focused prevention assessments for vulnerable adults throughout the borough.
