Birmingham, United Kingdom Pinewood.AI Full time

Pinewood.AI is seeking experienced automotive professionals to join our Training and Implementation Team, specialising in Aftersales. This role is central to delivering high-quality implementations of the Pinewood.AI platform for automotive retailers across the UK and internationally.
If you have worked as a service advisor, service manager, parts specialist, or warranty administrator, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career. Instead of managing aftersales in a single dealership, you will be using your expertise to help a wide range of retailers improve their service, parts, and warranty operations through our Automotive Intelligence Platform.
This is an excellent move for someone looking to step out of the dealership and into a role where you can make a real difference, helping businesses streamline their processes, adopt new technology, and deliver better customer experiences.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, confident in training and consultancy, and passionate about using their aftersales knowledge to drive improvement across the industry.
AI platform in new and existing dealerships, focusing on aftersales modules including service, parts, and warranty.
Lead high-quality implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems through to 'Go Live'.
Work closely with dealership stakeholders to understand aftersales requirements, configuring parameters to align with business processes.
Deliver clear, engaging, and tailored training sessions for aftersales teams.
Provide ongoing consultancy, both onsite and remotely, to support system adoption and optimisation.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service scheduling, parts inventory management, warranty processing, and reporting.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve implementation practices, sharing insights to enhance customer experience.
Continuously develop your system knowledge across aftersales modules, functionality, and integrations.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers gain the maximum value from our Automotive Intelligence Platform.
Strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in aftersales roles such as service, parts, or warranty management.
Hands-on experience in dealership processes, with familiarity in service scheduling, parts ordering and inventory, warranty claims, and aftersales reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in delivering training and building customer relationships.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to travel.
Full, clean UK driving licence.

Direct experience with Pinewood DMS or another automotive management platform.
Experience in system optimisation, process improvement, or change management projects.
Understanding of how aftersales performance impacts overall dealership operations.

You can expect full on-the-job training, a flexible work environment, and room to develop a long-term career with us.
