Role Overview:

As a Senior Technology/Functional Business Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting high-profile projects by providing rapid and accurate documentation and facilitating alignment across teams and clients. Your technical acumen and ability to create high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, will be crucial in aligning business goals with IT capabilities, driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Produce rapid, high-quality documentation (PowerPoint slides, reports) to align with client objectives.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that support business transformation.
  • Conduct analysis on existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally within a consulting or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in enterprise architecture, IT solutions, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create concise, client-ready documentation and presentations.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other documentation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting both business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with clients in Central Europe and the UK.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital tools used in transformation projects.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
