Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If yes, we are looking for a part time Audiologist to join our team in Surrey (covering Guildford & Oxted).

When you join Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists, you are joining an independentbusiness. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We also have state of the art equipment to help identify the mildest hearing loss with a wide range of hearing solutions.

At Bayfields we are passionate about the services we provide our clients. As our Audiologist, you will know that the best quality care comes from getting to know your Clients in more depth. You will spend 15 minutes on a hearing health check and 75 minutes on the hearing care examinations. This gives you time to really understand your Clients’ needs and lifestyle and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. You will carry out all hearing care examinations to the highest standards, and follow all current HCPC and BSA testing guidelines, while working closely with your practice team to deliver obsessively great service at every step in the Bayfields client journey.

Alongside having your Audiology degree or a Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology, our Audiologist will be HCPC registered and completed your pre-registration training. Our ideal candidate will be confident, possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to succeed. You will also have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital for this role in line with being able to make clear recommendations and clinical decisions.

As an integral member of the team, we will provide an enjoyable professional working environment which is fun, open and where we are committed to supporting you, your professional development, and your personal wellbeing. We will also provide a wide range of benefits, including:

  • 5 weeks’ holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours)
  • An additional days holiday for your birthday each year (pro rata for part time hours)
  • Company pension
  • Cycle to work.
  • Simply Health Medical Healthcare.
  • Family & friends discounts.
  • Paid Professional Fees (pro rata for part time hours)

We are unable to offer a Certificate of Sponsorship.

If you are ready for a new and exciting opportunity and your values align with ours, then we would love to hear from you
