Excellent opportunity for a Block Property Manager to join a company in the residential block management sector, who due to continued growth in their portfolio are looking for a Block Property Manager to join the team in their Plymouth office.
The Role: The Block Property Manager role will involve the delivery of management services to a portfolio of properties and liaising with letting and management agencies together with, contractors, and landlords etc.
Administration of service charges.
Preparation and monitoring of service charge budgets.
Dealing with all aspects of Health, Safety and Fire risks and where necessary liaising with Insurers and Loss adjusters as well as general landlord and tenant issues.
I nstructing contractors to deal with works required.
Proven track record in block property management.
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
A basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Mileage allowance.
