Unity Five is on the hunt for a proactive, ambitious Business Development Executive to join our vibrant team Are you passionate about forging new paths and crafting compelling business opportunities? Do you thrive in an environment that values resilience and adaptability?

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage and Expand: Procure new clients through direct outreach, leveraging word-of-mouth, and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
  • Research and Strategise: Dive deep into market research to spot new business opportunities and understand how to enhance services for existing clients.
  • Pitch and Persuade: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and Network: Secure attractive deals while attending networking events to connect with potential clients.
  • Upsell and Optimise: Understand our existing client portfolio and their contracts to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Maximise Leads: Proactively follow up on all leads, maximizing opportunities through both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain and utilize our CRM system to streamline the sales process.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct engaging sales or product demos, both virtually and on-site, ensuring a thorough follow-through from initiation to the final handshake.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
