A growing, Bath-based business is looking to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting to join the team in this newly created role.
Reporting into the Finance Director and managing a team of 5 people, this role will lead and support the operational finance function, delivering financial reports and year-end accounts to ensure regulatory compliance. Report and provide written commentary of month end performance with variance analysis.
# Lead on monthly management accounts, forecasting and KPI analysis.
# Coordinate on the production of year-end statutory accounts.
# Implement controls, policies and procedures within financial reporting and the wider finance team.
# Support the transactional team and help develop efficiencies but also any potential business opportunities.

You should have strong experience in management accounts, budget preparation and forecasting for a business. The role is being offered on a hybrid basis, allowing the successful candidate to work from the office 2 days per week.
