£You will interface closely with the various domains (including electronics, mechanical, software, flight control) to understand their needs and expected impact on their system components of design features. It is likely that model-based systems engineering tools will be used in this role to manage capture and traceability of design, requirements and verification aspects of the system architectures
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Experience with model-based systems engineering tools such as Enterprise Architect or Simulink.
* Knowledge and understanding of the needs associated with the various components of an unmanned system, including aerodynamics, electronics, power systems, flight control, communications, command and control systems etc.
Experience with quality standards for software (e.g. To actively participate in Blue Bear's Performance Management Scheme.
* Some travel within the UK may be required.
