Due to the increase in demand and the ongoing growth of IMPACCT we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with excellent knowledge of the events industry, with healthcare experience and the passion to make things happen.

Maybe you are a Project Manager looking to move to the next step or maybe you are already a Senior Project Manager looking for the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, lead on large events and build relationships with key clients. You will already have experience in collaborating directly with clients, taking the lead in both large and small events and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills between both clients and colleagues.
Vital to this role is the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, be ready to manage all aspects of events, be a team player and be extremely self-motivated and passionate about your career, having a positive “make it happen” approach. Ideally you will have an interest in the technical perspective of events as you will need to work closely with our technical and production team at IMPACCT LIVE.
You must have immaculate attention to detail and be able to demonstrate excellent financial management being able to manage complex event budgets. You will have excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and have a great eye for accuracy. Lots of experience within an event agency, working within the healthcare / life sciences industry, is essential. You will have the dedication for getting the job done whatever the challenge and the flexibility and passion to travel internationally when and as required.

Manage clients and all aspects of their projects from inception to reconciliation,
Be equally as comfortable leading projects as you are being a member of a team on larger, complex projects both in the office and on site.
Take responsibility on researching, sourcing and presenting ideas for event formats and venues. Prepare and fully manage project budgets and finances reporting back on these to the senior management team.
Ensure best value for customers, negotiating contract terms and attrition keeping accurate records of these negotiations and producing project cost saving reports.
Manage contracting for your own projects ensuring contracts are managed according to company guidelines and presented for completion and sign off by the senior management team

Understand and manage internal, supplier and HCP compliance for all projects. Prepare and manage project compliance reporting.
Manage all aspects of project management including (but not limited too) all supplier management, booking travel and associated services, all delegate management, financial & budget management, project documentation and full event delivery.
Develop strong supplier relationships with key partners and maintain these relationships by actively attending and encouraging team members to take part in supplier events.
Create and manage events in Cvent and SpotMe, actively self-training in both as required.
Be responsible and manage you own time, project timelines and client timelines.
Ensure seamless delivery and attention to detail, of all projects, always.
You will be mainly office based at our modern office in central Stevenage however a mix of home based, flexible working is also available to the right candidate. You will be required to travel on site to manage groups and support our clients at overseas meetings. You must also be willing and able to occasionally travel between and work with other team members based in Cornwall and Macclesfield as required.
Salary Range: £35 - £45K depending on experience
