Champion safety, efficacy, and consistency across global markets as our Head of Quality.

R&D Partners is seeking a highly experienced Head of Quality to lead and drive the global quality strategy for a leading organization in the Food/Drink/Nutritional/Cosmetics industry. Lead the global quality team to ensure compliance with KPIs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
Define and implement a global quality vision, strategy, and policies aligned with business goals.
Champion a culture of quality across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Act as a global authority on quality matters with regulators, partners, and industry bodies.
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Promote operational excellence by managing QA and QC functions across all sites, both internal and third-party.
Ensure effective triage, investigation, and management of consumer complaints and feedback.
Provide leadership to the global quality team, ensuring performance management and professional development.
Deliver a management review process and risk-based internal audit program to maintain compliance.
Proven experience as a quality leader with in-depth knowledge of quality systems and operational quality processes.
Excellent influencing and senior stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory landscapes, including MHRA, FSA, BSI, and HPRA.
Experience with quality systems improvement and reporting mechanisms.
Familiarity with beauty markets, main brands, product types, and claims.
Knowledge of regulatory landscapes for beauty devices and medicinal products.
Awareness of statistical analysis best practices.
